Patio Bonito is a family-run farm in Caldono, Cauca, where nearly 50 years of coffee experience meets next-gen innovation. Carlos Trujillo and daughter Paola (a former cupper and buyer) now run the show, experimenting with wild fermentation techniques like thermal shock and anaerobic processing. With 47,000 coffee trees the Trujillo’s are growing all our absolute fav varieties, including Pink Bourbon, Gesha, Typica, SL-28, Java, Aji, Sidra, Pacamara, Laurina, and this to-die-for Wush Wush.
