• Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

  • All orders dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-6 business days.
  • During peak period there may be slight delays in order dispatch.
  • The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order ships.
  • Please allow an additional 5 days for regional and remote delivery.

• Some brewing equipment and machines may be drop-shipped from the Australian distributor if not in stock at ST. ALi. This may take a few extra days to get to you. 
• For all interstate orders, we ship via Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.

• From ST. ALi dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside Victoria to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer.

• For orders over $119, we offer free shipping.

• If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containing only non-perishable items will be left in a safe place, unattended. If your order contains perishable items, the whole order will be returned to ST. ALi cafe for collection during cafe trading hours. Unfortunately, we can't break down orders into perishable and non-perishable items if you are not home. 

Orders Containing Alcohol

St Ali Pty Ltd requires all parcels containing alcohol to be signed for on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older. 

International Shipping

We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders. 

Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.

Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at support@stali.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
