  • Free shipping applies to Standard Delivery for New Zealand orders with a cart subtotal of NZ$130 or more.

  • Express Delivery is not eligible for free shipping.

  • Weight is calculated on total order weight. If your order exceeds 3 kg and is under NZ$130, additional charges may apply at checkout (rare; most 2 kg+ orders clear the free-shipping threshold).

  • All orders dispatch from our Melbourne Australia warehouse.

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.

  • The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date your order ships.

  • Please allow an additional 3โ€“5 business days during peak periods.

Carriers

We ship to New Zealand via Starshipit using Australia Post and selected couriers. The service is chosen to provide you the best available rate and delivery time.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully. Once an order is placed online we cannot amend product, customer, or delivery details. If you have a question about an order you have received, contact our Customer Care team.

Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery, or failure to deliver.

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • If no one will be home, contact Customer Care and we can request signature on delivery or delivery to your local Post Office.

  • During peak periods there may be a delay of 2 to 5 additional business days.

Orders Containing Alcohol

Parcels containing alcohol require a signature on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older.

Tracking

All postage includes tracking when a valid email address is provided. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your parcel on the carrier website.
