•120ml Crème de Cassis
•90ml Cranberry Juice
•120ml Rosa Vermouth
•120ml Campari
•50ml Lime Juice
•Red Gummy bears (optional)
•Rosé
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ice cube ingredients (except gummy bears) together
2. Place one gummy bear into each ice cube mould
3. Fill moulds with the mixture and freeze overnight
4. To serve: Add one cube to a glass and pour rosé over the top

TIP: If your Aeropress is too hard to press, your grind is likely too fine. If it feels too easy with little resistance, it’s probably too coarse. A steady, 30-second press with light resistance means you’re right on track.
