WHAT YOU NEED:


- 20ml Absolut Vodka
- 20ml Kahlúa
- 20ml ST. ALi Orthodox Espresso
- 20ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur


FOR RASPBERRY CREAM:


- 100g Bulla Thickened Cream

- 80g Bickford's Raspberry Cordial

PREPERATION: RASPBERRY CREAM:

1. Combine thickened cream and raspberry cordial in a shaker or squeeze bottle.


2. Shake vigorously 40+ times until the mixture forms medium peaks — thick, glossy, and able to softly hold its shape.


3. Keep chilled until service.




INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add vodka, Kahlúa, espresso, and Chambord into a shaker with ice.


2. Shake 30 times until well chilled and frothy.


3. Double Strain into a chilled martini glass.


4. Using spoon slowly pour medium-peak raspberry cream on top


Garnish: Fresh raspberry

TIP: If your Aeropress is too hard to press, your grind is likely too fine. If it feels too easy with little resistance, it’s probably too coarse. A steady, 30-second press with light resistance means you’re right on track.
